Known as Thorpebury-in-the-Limes, this new development of 4,500 new homes can be found in the northeast of Leicestershire. As well as new residential homes, both private and affordable, there will be a care facility for the elderly, shops, services, healthcare facilities, schools, and around 70 acres dedicated to outdoor sports. This will include playing pitches, tennis courts, footpaths, and cycleways. Afon Las, Cardiff
Forming part of the 900-acre Plasdŵr master plan garden city project in Cardiff, the Afon Las development specifically features homes from housebuilders Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes. Across the wider Plasdŵr development, the lead developer is Redrow. The new garden city of Plasdŵr in Cardiff, when complete, will include a total of 7,000 homes.
