Warmwell Rise is set on the edge of Crossways in Dorset, a growing community located six miles east of Dorchester. The development will comprise 140 energy efficient 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes with a number of them allocated as affordable housing for local people.

The character of the new homes at Warmwell Rise will reflect that of existing properties in Crossways; finished in brick, render and stone to create a varied streetscape. New planting in the area will add to existing and established trees and hedgerows, plus a new open green space will link residents to a network of footpaths in Crossways.
