St Anne's Manor

A development of 54, three and four bedroom family houses located in the Berkshire village of Wokingham.

Wokingham is popular among families with access to a variety of well performing schools rated ‘Good’ or above by Ofsted; as well as its close proximity to further education colleges.

The town offers an abundance of shop, restaurants, cafés, bars and leisure activities, which have recently undergone modernisation by a council regeneration project. Wokingham also has a strong selection of well performing local sports clubs and a selection of gyms.

Wokingham has excellent transport links by road and rail. The A329 motorway connects Wokingham to Reading and the rest of the motorway network via the M4 (J10). Wokingham railway station provides easy access to Reading in 24 minutes, Heathrow in 30 minutes, Gatwick in 65 minutes and London Waterloo in 80 minutes.
