We have 37 one and two bedroom retirement apartments at Sanderson Lodge in Selsdon. Sanderson Lodge has been designed with security and independence in mind, ensuring that Owners feel safe in their homes while enjoying the freedom of independent living. Each of our apartments is fully self-contained, featuring a private front door, providing both privacy and a sense of security.

Owners can feel reassured with our secure door entry system and 24-hour emergency call line, ensuring help is always at hand should it be needed. Our Lodge Manager is also on-site during working hours, providing an additional layer of support and security for Owners and their families.

Additionally, Owners at Sanderson Lodge are eligible for a Freedom Pass, granting free travel across Greater London, ensuring easy access to family, friends, and attractions further afield.
