Purchasing criteria

The purchase of a custom build home is subject to certain criteria. These include the following restrictions:
1. Only one dwelling per customer, unless approved otherwise by the LPA
2. The unit shall not be used for anything other than a Custom House Build (unless agreed with the LPA)
3. For the first 15 years, the property shall only be occupied by a person or persons who satisfy the requirements of the Self-Build and Custom Housebuilding Act 2015 and the Self-Build and Custom Housebuilding Regulations 2016

The restrictions upon purchasers as point 3 above, is as follows:

Purchasers should be aged 18 or older; be a British Citizen, a national of an EEA State other than the UK, or a national of Switzerland.
