Passion, a collection of new homes coming soon in Spennymoor, County Durham.
Spennymoor is a popular town nestled in the beautiful County Durham countryside, and just a few miles south from the bustling city of Durham itself. The town is surrounded by the communities of Byers Green, Kirk Merrington and Tuddoe, and has great transport links through to the two major cities closeby – Durham and Newcastle. A hidden gem in the North East of England, it’s a town which has the best of both worlds; a rural setting but with so much to see and explore on its doorstep. And that’s why our latest collection of homes, Passion, are coming soon to Spennymoor.
