Manor Farm - Phase 4

The next phase to the successful Manor Farm development will be set around a new green, with views to the south across the main public open space and out towards the open countryside. Phase Four of the Manor Farm development includes 15 private homes ranging from bungalows to detached properties with either two, three or four bedrooms and plenty of green space, offering something to suit different tastes and household sizes.

There are existing footpaths linking the development to the centre of the village, only a few minutes’ walk, and to Stretham Community Primary School in Wood Lane to the north.

Construction is currently underway and the development is due to be complete Summer 2023.
