Burton on Trent
Phased reopening of our sites. In March we made the decision to temporarily close our developments to protect the welfare and safety of our employees, our contractors, our customers, and the wider community from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Over recent weeks we have been working on ways in which we can operate during this difficult period and putting robust protocols in place, in line with Government guidelines, to allow us to safely resume construction activities on our sites. On 11 May 2020 we started the phased reopening of a number of our developments. We have implemented strict social distancing measures and COVID-19 compliant operating procedures to ensure the safety of our site management teams, operatives and other staff. Our overriding priority remains to support and protect everyone connected with the Lioncourt Group and we will continue to closely monitor the advice of the UK Government, Public Health England and the NHS.
At Cooper’s Croft you’ll find an exciting range of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes in a choice of eleven different designs. Carefully chosen materials and a brick and weatherboard finish bring a modern touch to these traditionally built homes.
The generous specification means that many items that often come as ‘optional extras’ are included as standard and are covered by a Lioncourt Homes two-year warranty. Your new home is also covered by an NHBC 10-year insurance scheme, assuring you complete peace of mind.
Situated adjacent to the Green Flag award winning Branston Water Park and the Trent and Mersey Canal, yet just off the A38, Cooper’s Croft is perfectly placed for both relaxed family living and convenient commuting.
The village of Branston offers everything you need for day to day shopping, including a newly built retail park on Main Street, together with a choice of local pubs and a fine dining restaurant. Just around the corner from Cooper’s Croft is the Bridge Inn which overlooks the Trent and Mersey Canal and serves Italian based specialties as well as English classics seven days a week.
A wider range of facilities can be found in the bustling market town of Burton, which is only 10 minutes away. Regular direct trains from Burton to Birmingham take just 30 minutes. Rykneld Primary School is minutes away from the development and a further primary school at Branston Locks is planned to open in 2021.
The newly opened John Taylor Free School, which is the first new school to be built in Staffordshire for a generation, is also minutes away from Cooper’s Croft. Paget High School, which also looks after pupils from 11 to 18 years old, is just 5 minutes away.
With so much right on the doorstep, Cooper’s Croft is the perfect place to call home.
