We are delighted to be delivering 89 new homes on the Waterbeach Barracks scheme. We will become the first housebuilding partner on the site, which is being transformed by master developer Urban&Civic into a major new community of 6,500 new homes.

Our homes will form the gateway to the new development, comprising a collection of apartments and houses ranging from one to four bedrooms. The homes will be framed by mature woodland on one side and connected to water features and woodland walks to the other. Arranged in mews and terraced styles, the scheme will also offer detached villas overlooking green open space.
