Following the announcement yesterday (4th January) by Prime Minister Boris Johnson that England will enter a national lockdown, we just wanted to update you on what this means for Kingswood Homes customers.
The UK Government has stated construction work should continue, as it is considered an essential business operation.
The Government has also recognised the importance of enabling people to continue in the process of moving or buying a home throughout this time and the viewing of new properties is exempt from the stay-at-home guidelines.
