Oakwood is a traditional collection of two, three and four bedroom Morrish heritage homes located close to Chard’s historic town centre, and within walking distance of the idyllic Chard Reservoir Nature Reserve in Somerset.
With houses designed to reflect the original architecture in the area, the development will eventually comprise 78 new traditional style homes with a choice of semi detached, detached and mews bespoke house types.
All Morrish houses at Oakwood have been designed by our highly experienced team of experts, who have worked with internationally renowned Duchy of Cornwall Architects, and have cleverly brought the old to new by combining traditional construction with interiors suited to modern day living.
We are confident that with our range of incentives, including the Governments Help to Buy Scheme, we can help you find a Morrish home at Oakwood that your family will be proud of.
