Hidden Valley of Burton Upon TrentBrizlincote is a quaint village located in a valley, and our Encore development has the perfect vantage point to enjoy stunning views. Brizlincote overlooks meadows and offers quick access to the surrounding countryside, while also being well placed to reach local towns and amenities, offering the best of both worlds. Burton and Swadlincote are your closest towns, with Derby, Loughborough and Lichfield slightly further afield.
To the south-east of Brizlincote you will find beautiful countryside and villages such as Repton and Bretby for you to explore. The old and well-loved Allied Brewery calls Burton home, with the National Brewery Centre offer daily guided tours and a museum rich with the brewery’s history for those interested in real ales. There are also marinas on the River Trent, and Stapenhill Gardens is a popular park for a quiet walk or run.
Nearby Swadlincote features a ski/snowboard centre for winter sports enthusiasts, and a pottery museum for those interested. There are castles and stately homes to visit, and Donnington Park motor racing circuit for the petrol-heads. The National Memorial Arboretum is a short drive down the A38,and you’ll also find Twycross zoo, Branston Water Park and Shobnall Leisure complex are all a short distance from Brizlincote.
